To all our Girl in a Hard Hat friends and followers
After such a great adventure, sourcing inspiring, quirky and beautiful home and garden ideas to enjoy with you, as well as sharing a number of my own exploits, who can forget how many times I’ve painted our patio furniture? It’s time to say goodbye.
As many of you will know, I also write another blog Girl Gets Wed and although this is the most recent of the two blogs, it has very quickly grown into something that will demand all my time in order to really fly with it and do it justice.
If you’ve enjoyed Girl in a Hard Hat, and I hope you have, then you’ll love Girl Gets Wed. It has the same lush, vibrant, life affirming feel.
The aim of Girl Gets Wed is to connect suppliers large and small, local and worldwide to brides and grooms to be, and to provide stylish, but ‘do-able’ inspiration on everything wedding.
And here’s the thing, what makes us different is the fantastic relationship we have with our wedding suppliers and wedding venues who are joining us daily, hence why we’re having to run to keep up. We will continue to nurture these brilliant supplier relationships to enable us to showcase as many as possible, from micro businesses that you may never of heard of to big names you certainly have. This is what make the site a must visit and certainly a must bookmark.
As we grow, we’ll add a directory to make finding what you need even easier. We also intend to feature the best Real Weddings, again to give couples fun and fabulous ideas and inspiration for their big day.
We really hope that as many of you as possible will come over and join us on Girl Gets Wed. If you have any interest whatsoever in flowers, photography, fashion …. reading about how suppliers formed and are developing their business and of course, all things wedding, then come on over and pull up a seat.
For now, it really is time to sign off as Girl in a Hard Hat. Thank you for everything and, as always, take good care of yourselves,
